KYOSHO ORIGINAL 1/43scale Toyota Century GRMN (White Pearl) [No.KS03694GW]

Toyota’s motor sports and sports model development arm “GR Company” added interior, exterior and performance elements to the 3^rd generation Century released in 2018 to create the special ‘Century GRMN’. There are only two in the world, one white and one black. The white model is stationed at Toyota’s Tokyo head office in Bunkyo-ward, while the black model is predominantly stationed at the company head office in Toyota City, Aichi prefecture. Many people would have seen the white model operating as an escort car in the annual Hakone Ekiden marathon, but the black model has been rarely used and was last seen at the 2019 Tokyo Auto Salon exhibition. Color is the only difference between the two models. Both feature honeycomb front grille, lower skirt, carbon lip spoiler, unique air suspension, and an updated footwork system including 245/45R19 + BBS forged aluminum wheels with large diameter Brembo calipers (shared with Lexus LS version SZ) and precision wheel hubs. The powertrain is driven by a 5ℓ V8 + motor that Toyota’s master driver understates as ‘necessary and sufficient’ power to deliver the balance of a comfortable ride in the back and an enjoyable drive behind the wheel.
