SAMURAI 1/18scale Nissan Cube Light Blue [No.KSR18060AB]
Description
With the unique box-shaped style and spacious interior of its ‘magical box’ design concept, the 2nd generation Cube appealed to a younger age group. Although Cube underwent a model change in October 2002, it evolved mid-term with a minor update in May 2005.
At first glance the mid-term update looked similar to the previous version but actually even the most minor details have been improved. In the front section, redesigned headlights and bumper were accented by the round parking clearance lights and indicators in combination with the mesh grille, which changed from square to diamond shape. The rear section was also refined with a revised design of the combination tail lights.
Changes to the interior elevated the quality feel and included minor revisions to the instrument panel and silver accented shift knob with white shift pattern.
An upgraded power unit replaced the previous 1.4 liter inline 4-cylinder engine with a new 1.5 liter engine, which was installed on the Tiida and Note models so drivers of the Cube could enjoy the same responsiveness and comfortable driving performance.
The thorough review of this mid-term Cube model delivered a detailed evolution, without any fundamental changes.
