KYOSHO MINI CAR & BOOK (No.23／No.24)
SUBARU WRX NBR CHALLENGE 2023＆2024
KYOSHO MINI CAR & BOOK, which was launched as a hobby and car magazine for adults, combines a 1/64 scale model with a booklet. The 23rd issue, featuring the "SUBARU WRX NBR CHALLENGE 2023," and the 24th issue, featuring the "SUBARU WRX NBR CHALLENGE 2024," will be released.
These models have been commercialized as Special Editions to faithfully reproduce the details of the machines that competed in the 2023 and 2024 Nürburgring 24-Hour races. Their exquisite craftsmanship is sure to satisfy both "Subarists" (Subaru enthusiasts) and miniature car fans.
The accompanying booklet is packed with interesting stories from the people involved in the NBR Challenge. We also interviewed Mr. Hideharu Tatsumi, the former General Team Manager, who has since retired from the racing world.

SUBARU WRX NBR CHALLENGE 2023
The 2023 machine, which switched the engine from EJ20 to FA24, achieved pole position in qualifying and finished 2nd in class in the final, is modeled in 1/64 scale.
Faithfully reproducing even the fine details of the Subaru dealer name on the rear fender.
Aerodynamic parts such as the canards and ducts, designed to thoroughly pursue aerodynamic and cooling performance, are faithfully reproduced.
The detailed interior is also accurately replicated. *The interior is painted silver in the images for better visibility (The actual product is not painted).
The accompanying booklet introduces stories from the excellent dealer mechanics dispatched to the race, as well as valuable comments from former General Team Manager Hideharu Tatsumi, which he could only share after his retirement.

The 2024 machine, which secured a class victory for the first time in five years in Mr. Tatsumi's final challenge as General Team Manager, is modeled in 1/64 scale.
Faithfully reproducing even the fine details of the Subaru dealer name on the rear fender.
Aerodynamic parts such as the canards and ducts, designed to thoroughly pursue aerodynamic and cooling performance, are faithfully reproduced.

The accompanying booklet features a discussion between GT drivers hosted by KYOSHO Ambassador Rina Sakurada, as well as valuable comments from former General Team Manager Hideharu Tatsumi, which he could only share after his retirement.

The SUBARU WRX NBR CHALLENGE 2023/2024 models are MOTN compatible with lights pre-installed. Even customers who purchased the FamilyMart version or the Test Car will be able to illuminate the headlights and taillights by purchasing the MOTN LED Base System separately.
